The Retrofit Program implies replacement of worn-out oil circuit breakers by vacuum circuit breakers

Adaptation packages with the use of vacuum circuit breakers VVU-SESch-E(P)3-10-20(31.5)/1000(1600)U2, VVM-SESch-10-20/630(1000)U2 and more.

To date, the following adaptation packages have been developed and manufactured:

1. universal drawout component for switchgear & control gear of К-59; К-104; К-204; КМ-1; КМV; КМ-1F; KRUN-6; К-47; К-49; and КМ-1М series; 
2. universal adaptation package for the drawout components for the switchgear & control gear of К-ХII and К- XXVI series; 
3. drawout components for the switchgear & control gear of К-ХIII; К- XXVII; К-37; KRU 2-10; and ST-7 series; 
4. adaptation packages for the switchgear & control gear of К3-02; К-IIIu; К-VIu; KVS-4 series.

The same adaptation package design is used for the whole range of rated current values from 630 to 1600 A and breaking current values of up to 31.5 kA, and only the section of their current carrying parts may differ. This is possible due to unification of overall dimensions and connecting dimensions of the VVU-SESch circuit breaker.

The packages are made considering the safety requirements and have all required interlocking against erroneous operations.

The Design Department develops new adaptation packages with VVU-SESch vacuum circuit breakers as orders come in, and the range of the packages is continuously widening.
