Electroplating services

Our Company has an automated cold galvanization based electrodepositing line, manufactured by the GALVOUR Swedish Company, with a capacity over 100 ths. m3. This line enables plating to 6 to 24 µm in thickness; the maximum dimension of products is 2800 х 1200 x 300 mm.

By applying highly bright kyanite-free alkaline galvanizing “Colzink”, we ensure high scattering and covering powers, particularly effectively used for coating intricately shaped components.

Extremely high resilience of the coating allows making its thickness up to 30 µm; the coating is resistant to mechanical deformations, i.e. impact loads, bending, etc.

The coating easily takes chromate treatment and other types of processing after galvanization; it has excellent brightness and does not darken over time.

The Company offers high-speed matt kyanite-free alkaline galvanizing undercoat or phosphatizing “Zinkat”. Smooth matt galvanized coating obtained is an ideal undercoat for further putting paint-and-lacquer coating as well as phosphate coating.
